Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 July 2026 · Effective on all subscriptions from this date.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AllAPI.io ("Service"), operated by Legal Eye Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Danışmanlık Prodüksiyon Müzik Film Yapım Yayım Organizasyon Anonim Şirketi (trading as "LegalEye", "we", "us", "our"), a company established under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye with its registered office at Sultan Selim Mah. Yamaç Sk. No:6 İç Kapı No:3, Kağıthane / İstanbul, Türkiye. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Inc. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms.

1. The Service

AllAPI.io provides a unified HTTP API that returns structured JSON data for publicly available content across 200+ third-party platforms (social, music, scholarly, cultural, gov-open-data and more). The Service includes residential-proxy rotation, CDN challenge handling, automatic retries, and error normalization as internal infrastructure — not as separate products.

Public-data scope. The Service accesses only content that is publicly available to any unauthenticated visitor of the target platform. We do not scrape or intermediate private, login-gated, or copyrighted premium content. You are responsible for complying with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform you query through the Service and with applicable laws in your jurisdiction (copyright, privacy — including GDPR and KVKK — and platform-specific data-use restrictions).

2. Accounts & API Keys

You must provide accurate contact information when creating an account. Your API key is confidential; you are responsible for all activity performed with your key. Notify us at info@allapi.io immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may rotate or suspend a key that appears compromised.

3. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Subscription plans and pricing are described on the Pricing page. Each successful API response consumes credits at the rate published for your plan. All billing is processed by Paddle.com Inc. as Merchant of Record; Paddle handles taxes, invoicing, currency conversion, and payment-method acceptance.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle. Consumers in the EU, UK, and Türkiye retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the initial purchase per Paddle's refund policy. In addition, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month of any plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend accounts that violate this section and may cooperate with lawful requests from regulators or affected platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service (including the API design, documentation, dashboards, and infrastructure) is our intellectual property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms while your subscription is active. Data returned by the Service originates from the underlying third-party platform; the copyright and other rights in that data belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the data you receive.

7. Availability & No Warranty

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Upstream platforms may change, throttle, or block their public interfaces at any time; when that happens the Service returns an honest error rather than fabricated content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to Paddle for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

9. Data Protection

How we collect, use, and protect data is described in our Privacy Policy. LegalEye AI A.Ş. is the data controller for information you provide to us directly (contact form, account, API-key logs). Payment data is processed by Paddle as an independent controller.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email to your account contact at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Prior versions are available on request from info@allapi.io.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye. Consumers retain the protections and choice of forum granted to them by the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their place of residence.
